The “Haves” vs the “Have Nots”

One of the harsh realities that seem to smack Millennials and Gen-Zers in the face when they enter the real world is they just don’t really matter. For too long (all of these two generation’s lives) we as a society have propped up the opinions of people with little to no qualifications. We have artificially validated them, I say artificially because nobody actually takes what they say seriously.

The adults need to decide what direction we are headed. You do not let children dictate what is best for themselves or the family, the same should go for a company and country. Never let a person who hasn’t done the thing, tell you how to do the thing. You can take what they say into consideration, but you can’t blindly follow it. While telling them no may seem harsh in the moment, it’s what’s necessary and what’s ultimately in their best interest because they may not possess the strength and/or ability to work themselves out of the shitstorm their inexperience has led to.
